Terms and Conditions
Last updated: March 18, 2026Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Juno, Inc. (“Juno,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of the Juno platform, including our website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
Description of Service
Juno provides a technology platform that connects homeowners with local service providers for home maintenance, repairs, landscaping, and related services. Juno acts as an intermediary — we facilitate the connection, scheduling, and payment process but are not ourselves a contractor or service provider.
Juno does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any services provided by third-party contractors. All contractors are independent third parties, not employees or agents of Juno.
Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password confidential and not share it with third parties
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Service Requests and Contractor Matching
When you submit a service request through Juno, we use your information to identify and contact potentially suitable local service providers. Juno does not guarantee that a provider will be available for every request.
Providers may submit bids for your project. You are under no obligation to accept any bid. When you accept a bid, a service agreement is formed directly between you and the contractor — Juno is not a party to that agreement.
Juno uses Google Places and other data sources to identify local service providers. Juno does not independently license, certify, or vet contractors beyond publicly available information. You are responsible for reviewing any contractor’s credentials before allowing them access to your property.
Payments and Fees
Juno facilitates payment from homeowners to service providers through the Service. By submitting payment information, you authorize Juno and its payment partners to process payments on your behalf.
Service fees are as agreed between you and the contractor at time of bid acceptance. Juno may charge a platform service fee, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.
All payments are final unless the service provider fails to complete the agreed work. Dispute resolution is available through our support team at [email protected].
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent service requests or reviews
- Attempt to circumvent Juno’s platform by arranging direct payment with contractors met through the Service during an active project
- Harass, abuse, or threaten any contractor, Juno employee, or other user
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service
- Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Service without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
Intellectual Property
The Service and all content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are owned by Juno or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. JUNO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUNO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
JUNO’S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO JUNO IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Juno and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including legal fees — arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Diego, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service following notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
